I still have every Thinkpad I've ever owned, including the tine TP 500 from 30 years ago and a 750C (the C means it has a color display) with a cool keyboard that tilts toward you when you open the machine. All still run -- the 750C has OS/2 on it. I used it to see if you could compile all of KDE (probably 2.x) in the time it took to drive from Danbury, Connecticut to Key West, Florida (you couldn't unless you drove very slowly). Then again, I still have my old DataVue Spark 8088 machine with its two 720k floppies . . . -- dep Pictures: http://www.ipernity.com/doc/depscribe/album Column: https://ofb.biz/author/dep/ ____________________________________________________ tde-users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Web mail archive available at https://mail.trinitydesktop.org/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
