Except when going from one LTS to the next LTS, as in 20.04LTS to 22.04LTS.
And the reason I'm doing it now is that Ubuntu LTS releases generally need
about a year to shake out the most egregious bugs and vulnerabilities. So
I upgrade to LTS distros in odd-number years.
