Ok, I the error is hidden somewhere inside these 3 packages: tdelibs-data-trinity tdelibs-trinity tdelibs14-trinity

These are the last versions that result in a working kmail:

tdelibs-data-trinity	4:14.1.0~s640-0debian12.0.0+18~a
tdelibs-trinity 4:14.1.0~s640-0debian12.0.0+18~a
tdelibs14-trinity	4:14.1.0~s640-0debian12.0.0+18~a

Installing these packages breaks kmail:

tdelibs-data-trinity4	4:14.1.0~s641-0debian12.0.0+18~a
tdelibs-trinity 4:14.1.0~s641-0debian12.0.0+18~a
tdelibs14-trinity	4:14.1.0~s641-0debian12.0.0+18~a

Don't know which of the 3 packages causes the actual problem, but it only occurs after upgrade and reboot.

Nik
