I've never used these (I know, how boring...)

To use Firefox themes:

LO > [Menu]-Tools > Options
-- LibreOffice > Personalization

To do it all yourself:

LO > [Menu]-Tools > Options
-- LibreOffice > Application Colors

The naming doesn’t seem very intuitive, so you’ll probably have to 
whack-a-mole a bunch...
