You can use any standard installation media (the best is netinstall or netboot because they are small), run the installation in "Expert" mode and in step to select tasks / packages for installation, select that you do not want to install any of the desktop environments. You get a bare system with a text console, where you then perform steps for TDE installation. Cheers -- Slávek
