The directories are defined in Trinity Control Center (TCC). As someone
pointed out you could set these to point to a single directory

Bugs are handled in
https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/gitea/explore/repos

so either you or someone else should log it there, otherwise it will not be
looked into

Also I am not completely sure that you should remove xdg-user-dirs if you
use the PC as a desktop. I would keep it because some applications relay on
this (TDE not that much)
