No, we don't have the original materials (GIMP/3d/whatever files) for the older raster 
wallpapers, just what was in the KDE3 artwork releases (believe me, I'm the one who 
swapped KDE -> TDE branding pixel by pixel on some of them).  Larger versions may 
exist in the hands of the original artists, but someone would have to track them down.

There are some vector wallpapers in the original group that should expand to whatever
screen size is required.

I did a half-assed upsize of "Alien Night" to 1920x1200 for my own use by scaling
it up slightly and using GIMP filters to extend the edges, but I don't think it's good
enough to redistribute.  Most of the pictures are just complex enough to make it 
nontrivial to build out the sides.  That's why we added that batch of larger photographic
wallpapers.
