Hi Ken,

It's a file not a package so you could use "apt-file search libpng12"
instead of apt-cache ...

... but that probably won't find it either because libpng12 is a
Wheezy package and I thought you were running Bullseye which uses
libpng16.

Please run "apt update" and then tell me the output of
"apt-cache policy" and of "apt --dry-run upgrade" and of
"dpkg -l | grep gwenview".
