The ones at the right end of window titlebars? Choose the "Smooth Blend" window decoration type in the TDE Control Center. It allows you to adjust the size of those buttons in pixel increments (although the size can never be larger than Title Height - Frame Width, so you'll need to adjust those too). Also, "Glow" window decorations will allow you to pick one of a few preset sizes for the buttons, if you absolutely can't stand "Smooth Blend". E.
