Kmail doesn't show Spam tools in my toolbar

	For quite a long time now (two releases?), though I have the tools for Spam/Unspam in my
toolbar configuration, they don't actually appear in the toolbar. (See attached
screenshot.)  Why is this?  (They appear in the context menu, but the toolbar would be
more convenient.)
