You can try to see if you have installed in your case one of the icons that is in the attached archive and move them away from the directories for icons.
For the record, this has now being fixed and users on PSB/PTB should have the updated packages soon. If anyone still has problems with SVG files, please upload the images at the issue above and reopen it. Cheers Michele
