Use AirNav? (Edit AirportsBase.org, below seems easier to sift.)

This gives you many* of British Columbia by City and Airport name

https://www.airnav.com/airports/ca/BC

* "The above list contains only public use airports and may be incomplete."

They also show having lists for Military Use, Private Use, Balloonports,
Gliderports, Heliports, Seaplane bases, Ultralight flightparks

Balloonports? How cool...

AirNav says it doesn't exist? Maybe just not public? Anyway, digging deeper
it seems to be in Brown River, Northwest Territories, Canada.

http://airportsbase.org/Canada/Northwest_Territories/Brown_River/Airport_of_Brown_River

[AirportsBase.org's] database has more 40000 records about world airports,
including ICAO, IATA codes, geographical coordinates (location) of all
airports in the world.
