What distribution, what version are you installing? The libjasper1 library may have already been removed from distributions, so we provide a package in our repository. See: https://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-builddeps-r14.0.x/pool/main/j/jasper/ If you are using a Debian-based distribution, make sure you have the apt repository set up correctly.
