I've discussed with Tim the possibility of migrating users before starting 
work on the migration, but there is a risk that this could be in conflict 
with the GDPR and / or similar regulations / laws.

Therefore, the migration was prepared in such a way that users must express 
their consent by subcribe themselves in the new ML.
