At least for the most important languages. I can translate in french. I could do it in German (although some proof-reading by someone of natibe german mothertongue would be good). My wife could translate in Chinese (but she understands nothing about computers... ) :) I'd think Spanish would be necessary. Russian too (don't we have someone russian on this mailing list?).
