If you want to update once in a while (approx twice a year) use r14.0.x.
If you want any update of the R14.0.x series as soon as tehy become available, use PSB.
If you want the devel version of R14.1.0 use PTB.

All the versions are quite stable and usable on a daily base. It all depends on your needs and preferences.
