The r14.0.x link takes you to the current version (14.0.8) without
you having to know that it is 8 and without you having to change
your config when it moves on to 14.0.9.

I have mostly used r14.0.x.  There was a period of time when I used
PSB because it had a bugfix I needed but r14.0.x is more stable and
has fewer updates to worry about.
