In the TDE menu *, right click on KSnapshot, then 'edit item.'  At the bottom 
of the TDE Menu Editor for KSnapshot you can set a shortcut key.

* TDE menu >> Graphics >> KSnapshot

You can also look at Chapter 3. DCOP Interface of KSnapshot help, which will 
show you how to create a command, or bash script if you want to get fancy, 
which you could then bind to a shortcut key.
