Mike, it's a problem again. After I managed to connect with Tim on July 28, 
and I communicated with him to solve all the problems that were waiting on 
his hands (main web, rsync for mirror, source tarballs,...), on August 2, 
there were again outages and after that Tim is again unavailable. And 
because of this, again, I cannot communicate with him about the 
preparation of machines for migration, nor on the plan for these 
migrations. However, my effort to move forward is not diminishing...
