Ahhh...  Maybe that's what I'm remembering.  I use the Prelim Stable Build
depository, and I believe that has moved me up to konqueror R14.0.5 over
time:
    :
    |$ konqueror --version
    |Qt: 3.5.0
    |TDE: R14.0.6 [DEVELOPMENT]
    |Konqueror: R14.0.5
