I try to launch network-admin in konsole mode, root and user,
and below, the answer :
"(network-admin:2736): Liboobs-WARNING **: There was an unknown error 
communicating with the backends: Failed to execute program 
org.freedesktop.SystemToolsBackends: Permission denied".
