pyrex Unmet build dependencies: python-all-dev (>= 2.6.6-3~)

Hi
trying to build for bookworm - probably I am doing something wrong again
here. Can you help, please.

On Bullseye I had to disable this because it was failing for other
dependency while trying to install after build.

What is the issue with this package and what is it good for?

Thanks
BR
