I use trackballs that have no middle mouse buttons, Kensington and Logitech. Pasting into vim (36M for software I never use)(running in Konsole)(Shift-INS) produces same problem. Pasting into Xterm (Shift-INS) works as expected. Pasting into mcedit (Shift-INS) running in Xterm works as expected.
