If a folder has set  "Set_GID", you can not change any flags with the upstream implementation. Use of "Set_GID" is treated as "Advanced Permissions".
If you have some project groups defined, "Set_GID" is very helpfull to use files together in such groups. And defining acl's is more intuitive too in a GUI, than in the command line (IMHO).
