Seems rather pointless to rebase it on the renames, which are the only
part affected.  I'd prefer to merge this patch ASAP, finish up the
actual se_lun changes, and then do the scripted rename at some point
independent of it.  While we're at it I think merging target_core_tpg.c
into target_core_device.c would be a good idea, as it would allow a
lot of functions to become static.
