FYI, 26xx series target mode (16G FC) support went into the v3.9.x
kernel.  So any v3.9.x based kernel should work for you.

The distro is irrelevant here..

Also, in order to help diagnose your issue, the full targetcli
configuration output, along with the specific hardware configuration of
WWPNs from the 2660s would be helpful.
