Mmmmm, I don't recall any tcm_fc specific changes going into v3.10-rc code, so this issue your encountering with ESXi FCoE initiator and v3.10-rc5 FCoE target might actually be caused by some other fcoe/libfcoe breakage. In any event, it might be worthwhile to verify with the Linux FCoE initiator on the same setup, and report a bug to the FCoE folks.
