Hi Nick,

I see these are in your for-next branch now, great. Couple questions:

1) I know it's late but can we get these pushed into 3.10? The library code assumes it can write 0 when not enabled, and if the code without this fix is in a released kernel then we have to wrap it in a try: catch block, theoretically forever, even if this is fixed in stable.

2) 3/3 "remove printk" not pulled in -- was this a nak or did it get missed?
