What about moving that table into drivers/scsi? I found three drivers:
- acornscsi_datadirection()
- fd_mcs_intr()
- is_dir_out()

which implement their own lookup table. Wouldn't it be worth to have
one table for all of them? Those tables are smaller but it may be good
to collect them in one place :)
