Doesn't line100, namely

    Applications which want to make use of the inhibition logic shall take an inhibitor lock via the <a href="http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/logind";>logind D-Bus API</a>.

should be placed out of, and after, the unsorted list item it is currently 
in? That is, after the </ul> tag? probably within a <p></p> tags.
