The Wednesday, July 8 public hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Board’s Hearing Room on the 1st Floor of the agency’s headquarters at Patriot’s Plaza, 395 E Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. The Board announced the hearing by an official agency notice and a news release, both issued to the public on May 21, 2009.
