Surface Transportation Board Chairman Roger Nober announced today that the
February 10, 2005 oral argument scheduled in the proceeding entitled
Government of the Territory of Guam v. Sea-Land Service, Inc., American
President Lines, Ltd., and Matson Navigation Company, Inc., STB Docket No.
WCC-101, has been canceled.

In the decision issued today, the Board also ordered that this proceeding
will be held in abeyance.

Today's "Decision" in STB Docket No. WCC-101 is available for viewing and
downloading via the agency's Web site at http://www.stb.dot.gov.  A printed
copy of the Board's decision also is available for a fee by contacting ASAP
