At the conference, the Members will discuss publicly among themselves, and vote on, the cases listed below. While the conference is open for public observation, no public participation is permitted. The Board hearing in Class Exemption for Expedited Abandonment Procedure for Class II and Class III Railroads, STB Ex Parte No. 647, will immediately follow the voting conference. THE CONFERENCE ITEMS ARE: -TTX Company, et al.--Application for Approval of Pooling of Car Service with Respect to Flatcars, STB Finance Docket No. 27590 (Sub-No. 3). -PPL Montana, LLC v. The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company, STB Docket No. 42054.
