FAILED: patch "[PATCH] drm/amd/pm: enable GPO dynamic control support for SMU13.0.0" failed to apply to 6.0-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 6.0-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Subject: [PATCH] drm/amd/pm: enable GPO dynamic control support for SMU13.0.0

To better support UMD pstate profilings, the GPO feature needs
to be switched on/off accordingly.
