iwlwifi: mvm: fix setting channel in monitor mode
to the 3.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-3.14 subdirectory.

There was a deadlock in monitor mode when we were setting the
channel if the channel was not 1.
