I updated three patches. One patch (already failed to apply) had a
dependency on another patch, but only part of it.

I backported that part as my first patch.

The second patch applies the patch that failed to apply.

And the third one is the proper 3.4 backport of this patch.

I'll send these three patches as a reply to this email.

My tests were failing and I thought I was missing a fix, but it ended
up being a added feature that the test was expecting to exist. I made
the test check for the feature and only test if it exists. The rest of
the tests passed, so this is good to go (AFIAK).
