As Luis isn't a long-term member of the kernel developer community, I
have been very hesitant on having his be the "official" stable tree for
any release series.  This has been my criteria for everyone who asks me
if they can maintain a stable kernel series.  I get a few requests by
random people from random companies for _every_ major kernel relase, I
have to pick something.

I also haven't been paying attention to what he releases, ensuring that
he is picking up patches or not, as I don't have the bandwidth to do so,
sorry.
