Please backport

1d2d8de44a6c ("drivers: firmware: psci: drop duplicate const from
psci_of_match")

to avoid this warning:

drivers/firmware/psci.c:427:34: error: duplicate 'const' declaration
specifier [-Werror=duplicate-decl-specifier]

The build bots don't show it for some reason, but I see it locally
with arm64 allmodconfig.
