No - the Fixes tag clearly states that the problematic commit we want to fix:
e41f501d3912 ("vmlinux.lds: account for destructor sections")
Now if you look at e41f501d3912 you'll see that it was marked for 4.0+ stable:
Cc: <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> [4.0+]
And therefore was added to 4.1. As a result, because the commit you're
concerned about fixes e41f501d3912, which is in the 4.1 stable tree, I've
decided to queue it as well.
