It is in Linus's tree now: Commit 63384fd (ARM: 7772/1: Fix missing
flush_kernel_dcache_page() for noMMU)

Commits 1bc3974 (ARM: 7755/1) and 63384fd (ARM: 7772/1) can now be
included for 3.2+.  I will provide a backport for 3.0 as soon as I
find the time to test.
