This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 3.10.98 release.
There are 54 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Responses should be made by Fri Feb 26 03:33:35 UTC 2016.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

Build results:
	total: 122 pass: 120 fail: 2
Failed builds:
	mn10300:asb2303_defconfig
	mn10300:asb2364_defconfig
Qemu test results:
	total: 72 pass: 72 fail: 0

The build error is:

fs/aio.c: In function 'aio_setup_single_vector':
fs/aio.c:982:12: error: 'PAGE_CACHE_MASK' undeclared

This is caused by 'AIO: properly check iovec sizes'.

Oh that's just crazy...

And, an attempt to include <linux/pagemap.h> results in an include loop
preventing that from working properly.

Ugh, how about I just leave this as-is until someone for that arch
actually cares enough to fix it up? Playing include-file-whack-a-mole
is not a fun thing to do...

Sure, fine with me.
