This patch seems to depend on 

b1f6f47e3e33c4a74534f1301aca241ffabbb3a0 drm/radeon: clean up audio dto programming
1586505a5db2b221a99feabe61199c2657e9ee23 drm/radeon: fix up audio dto programming for DCE2

Only after cherry picking the two can this patch be applied.
