By renaming the calendar plugin directory and adding a soft link from calendar
to shared_calendars I now have the shared calendar options at least partially
displaying. There is still no small calendar showing under the folder list,
although this opion shows a being selected.    Also none of the small calendar
options beyond yes or no are displayed in the calendar administration page.
