Email Headers - Source IP

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Good afternoon,

I wonder if someone could assist me with how SquirrelMail generates it
email headers when sending emails.

The first header entry shows the source IP:
Received: from 1.2.3.4 ([1.2.3.4]) (SquirrelMail authenticated user
user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) by squirrelmail.com with HTTP:

Does this relate to the IP address of the SquirrelMail server, the IMAP
server, or the end user who sent the email?

Regards,
Ross
