My configuration:

SquirrelMail version: 1.4.23 [SVN]
I can connect to Dovecot and Postfix from command line.
I have no error in SquirrelMail configtest.
I can connect to Squirrelmail and send/receive mail BUT my left menu are
missing folders INBOX, Draft, Sent and Trash.
In apache log I have only two PHP notice:
[php7:notice] [pid ...][client ...] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in
.../functions/imap_mailbox.php on line 45, referer:.../src/webmail.php
[php7:notice] [pid ...] [client ...] PHP Notice: Undefined index: EXISTS
in .../functions/mailbox_display.php on line 439, referer:
.../src/webmail.php
