I searched in the archives for this error, but didn’t find it exactly. I should say that I am working with a system I did not set up, so my understanding of Squirellmail and Cyrus is incomplete. Redhat Linux with Squirrelmail and Cyrus Imap. Lots of users, and everything works, but one user has started getting an error message upon logging in.

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SUBSCRIBE "Junk E-Mail"
Reason Given: Subscribe: Mailbox does not exist

Everything else about the mail account is there and seems to work, but the user cannot access their Junk Email folder. The folder seems to be there and accessible in the directory structure.
