I've just tried to switch to php-5.6 on my server, but I can no longer log in to my squirrelmail install. My squirrelmail setup stores users setting in a mysql database. Last time I synced SVN was: 20150120. Upon switching back to php-5.5 everything returns to normal. The plugin obviously needs a conncet_mysqli treatment. I can live without that, but I should log in. I though deprecated statements should not prevent things happening, but I suspect they do here. Should my setup supposed to work or am I missing something here?
