Entirely vague.  Please refer to the mailing list posting guidelines
for tips on how to report issues you have on your systems.

Really, you need STARTTLS and you can't use straight TLS?  If you are
chasing better security, I hope you are aware that STARTTLS makes its
initial connection in plaintext.  Anyone seeking better security
should be using TLS from the get-go.

That said, I don't mind taking a look at adding STARTTLS to 1.4.23 if
you can help test.
