UNABLE TO LOGIN TO SQUIRRELMAIL BOX ON MY HP MINI LAPTOP

Kindly assist to resolve the issue of not able to login to my mail using mini hp laptop, the error message i receive each time i try to log in : "User Unknown or incorrect password".

Each time i try to log in via desktop computer, it will go through. kindly proffer solution to this.
