I really need to get this large user's mailbox > restored/imported, etc. If the harddisk of your old server is still alive and bootable, easiest way would be to start your old server's harddisk in a different machine and use imapcopy to transfer the mailbox to the new server. If you just have the copy of the mailfile, there should be a way to integrate this in another server running the same IMAP demon.
