It's not Squirrel that is using this file you mentioned, it's your IMAP
server that's living on the same machine ;)

If the harddisk of your old server is still alive and bootable, easiest
way would be to start your old server's harddisk in a different machine
and use imapcopy to transfer the mailbox to the new server. If you just
have the copy of the mailfile, there should be a way to integrate this in
another server running the same IMAP demon. But this is a question to be
asked in a imap mailinglist - or try using google ;)
